Required before payment
These gameplay rules supplement the Tebex Checkout Terms. When checkout is enabled, Tebex will be the seller and Merchant of Record for checkout, payment, tax, refunds and payment disputes. Tebex terms and mandatory consumer law take priority where required.
Coins, ranks and perks are limited, account-bound digital licences for EasyCraft. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out and must not be sold or transferred outside the server.
The buyer must be authorised to use the payment method and must enter the correct Minecraft account. A purchase never grants ownership of the server or an exemption from the server rules.
Delivery starts only after Tebex confirms payment. A browser success screen is not proof of payment. If delivery fails, use the Tebex receipt and Buyer Support instead of submitting duplicate payments.
Refunds and withdrawal rights are handled under the Tebex Checkout Terms and mandatory consumer law. Immediate digital delivery requires express consent and a separate acknowledgement about any lawful loss of the withdrawal right.
A payment dispute is reviewed and is not automatically treated as fraud. After Tebex confirms a reversal or chargeback, EasyCraft may suspend purchasing, remove paid entitlements, apply the disclosed account reset and return the paid rank to Member. Deliberate payment fraud may lead to a server ban only after staff review. Statutory rights are not restricted.
Transaction, delivery, refund and chargeback records may be retained for accounting, security and dispute evidence. EasyCraft will use provider-confirmed events and human review before irreversible enforcement.
